Fishing on the Susquehanna and Juniata Rivers
During Normal Water Conditions
The depth is usually under 3ft, with small riffles, islands, grass patches and rock ledges — most with pools below that hold nice fish. The only time restriction is that all our rental boats must be off the water "before sunset", a rule of the PA State Fishing Commission.
We can usually put you on the water at an access point that gives you the amount of fishing time you wish, based on the mileage covered. At the end of your trip, come to shore, put out the anchor, bring your car over, load up, and you're on your way home — or to a campsite.
